With both professional and lived experience in sexual health, she brings an empathetic, nuanced approach to therapy. Madelaine Robillard, MSW, RSW, Founder & CEO of Revolution Therapy & Wellness

Madelaine Robillard (she/they) is a queer and neurodiverse cisgender woman, artist, and entrepreneur based in Calgary, Alberta. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary and nearly 15 years of experience running and managing businesses, Madelaine brings a thoughtful, intuitive, and compassionate approach to their work.

Madelaine’s professional background includes years of experience in public healthcare policy, program design, evaluations, and data management, as well as work in Indigenous communities, the domestic abuse sector, and child welfare. Over the past few years, they have dedicated themselves to mental health therapy, specializing in serving populations that are often underserved, including 2SLGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, kink, and polyamorous communities.

Their work is grounded in values of being sex-positive, trauma-informed, and deeply committed to equity and inclusion. These principles inspired the creation of RevolutionTherapy & Wellness, a collective designed to address critical gaps in mental health services while fostering an affirming and inclusive space for healing and growth. Madelaine is passionate about teaching, learning from others, and building community capacity to better support equity-deserving groups. They have also spent over a decade producing and supporting events that uplift marginalized communities, contributing as a photographer, creative director, and collaborator.

Through Revolution Therapy & Wellness, Madelaine is creating a collaborative model that prioritizes accessibility, autonomy, and community care for clients and practitioners alike.
